The questions every operator asks before signing.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Your trial converts to the base plan at $100/month (annual) or $150/month (month-to-month). You pick your billing option when you start. We don't auto-charge a card we don't have — if you didn't enter payment info during the trial, we'll prompt you before your first bill.
What's a "named user"?
Anyone with their own login — mechanics, foremen, dispatchers, owners. The base plan includes 5. Need more? Each User Add-on bumps +10 for $100/mo. No per-seat pricing. Add the whole crew without thinking about it.
Do you charge for inactive assets?
No. You're billed on your plan limit, not on usage. If you have 95 active assets and 5 archived, you're still under the 100-asset base limit and your bill doesn't move.
What happens when I exceed my limit mid-month?
We don't shut you down. We notify you and prompt you to add the next bump. Your add-on takes effect the day you confirm, and we prorate the rest of the month so you only pay for the days you actually have the higher limit.
Will you raise the price on me?
If we ever change pricing, existing customers get at least 90 days' notice and the option to lock in for 12 more months at your current rate. The base plan is designed to be predictable. No surprise increases.
Can I cancel anytime?
Month-to-month: yes, anytime, no questions asked. Annual plans run their 12-month term and renew unless you tell us not to (we'll email a reminder 30 days before renewal). Annual prepaid is non-refundable for the prepaid period — that's the trade-off for the lowest rate.
Is parts ordering through Discount Equipment included?
Yes. The platform integration with Discount Equipment is included in every plan. You only pay for the parts you order — at the same dealer-discounted prices Torgix has negotiated. The closed loop is core, not an upsell.
What if I need something custom?
